Default giant psl holders got the shaft

giants are now making individual games available on ticketmaster for the regular season after seeminlgy lying and saying all seats were pretty much sold an psl was the only way to see the team

Giant fans should file a class action lawsuit against the team if accounts in the paper are true

Are they single seats or sets? Both teams have done the single game tickets, and single seats for years.

but there have never been psl fees before-many bought tickets thinking psl was the only way to see games-this reduces the value of your psl especially since the giants charged psl fees for all seats

Understood, but if they have single seats, no one is buying a PSL for those. People usually buy in pairs or more.

Just checked the ticketmaster website. No single game seats available. Only season ticket plans, with PSLs of course AND the ticket exchange where season ticket holders can sell individual game tickets.

Off topic but you guys should see all the garbage that's being put up on the Giant's forum. Things like "Bragging rights!", "The stadium is now ours!", New York belongs to the Giants!" All from 1 preseason game? Wait till the season is over than come talk to me.

Kind of stinks I guess, but don't know what the grounds for a class action suit would be. Only way to get season tickets is to to buy a PSL. People had to weigh the benefits, if any, of PSL purchase. If fans that were left out, because they didn't want to, or couldn't afford the PSL, can buy a single game ticket or two, good for them.

I also don't see any possible grounds for a lawsuit. They are letting people buy individual tickets to see one game. How does this affect PSL holders again? They still get to see the game at the price that they chose to pay.

I swear there has been more foolishness and unfounded anger about PSLs than anything else on the internet. The Giants have the right to allow people to buy single game tickets if they want to. Just because this makes PSL holders mad that other people don't have to pay as much as they did (which should be obvious since these people are buying ONE ticket instead of a season's worth), does not mean that they should be able to sue.
