Default More tebow stuff

Gotta love these religious references

So our friend mr tebow threw for 316 yards and had 31.6 yards per completion. Back in his Florida days he once put up a biblical verse. John 3:16
Here's the verse: 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

One of tebow's bosses happens to be mr elway. Mr JOHN elway.
Tebow ousted the steelers on an 80 yard pass to one demaryus Thomas. This gentleman was born on you guessed it, CHRISTMAS DAY
Heard a tweet that the rating for the wild card game was 31.6

That just leaves me saying WTF??????

I keep thinking back to that HILARIOUS SNL skit they did with Tebow and Jesus.

"The Holy Bible is my playbook"

***Edit***
I heard someone else on NFL Radio also break down John 3:16 as this, John when added up numerically equals 21. As in the 21 pass attempts Tebow threw. John 3:16 = 21 pass attempts for 316 yards. It's funny the way people come up with these numbers, but weird that the numbers patch up the way they do.

The big circus surrounding Tim is the praying (Tebowing) and statements from the podium. Many people question whether or not it is real or just for show.

Tim Tebow has a strong and genuine relationship with his Lord and Savior. His gestures exemplifies Pauls statement "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." Romans 1:16.

When he kneels to pray, he's either thanking God for giving him the strenght to compete (not to give him the victory) or thanking him for guiding him in all things.

Tim gives a 100% in all things he does whether it's on the Football field or on the mission field. He only wishes to give God the Glory in everything he does.

Question for you Roperdoug. I agree that Tebow seems like a good guy. But I have to ask, "Do you know him personally?"

Just curious does he give 100% of his salary to his mission work & Charity? Thanks Richard

I have never met him personally but a friend of mine back in jacksonville knows the family. I don't know if he gives 100% but I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

Have I met him one on one? No but I know of the family through close friends of mine.

Though the world is filled with phony christians, I honestly don't believe that Tim is phony.
