Default Rumor: Cromartie taken by ambulance

@Cimini "#Jets expected to update Cromartie situation before flying back to NJ. Rumors that he was taken away in ambulance."

I wouldn't make a different Cromartie post if it wasn't completely irrelevant to his performance tonight. This is worrysome, though I did hear a "rib" injury, hopefully it's nothing long term. I'll updated this thread accordingly.

We have Kyle Wilson, he needs to be given a shot at the job.

From what i remember he covered well, actually would love to know on total opposition offensive plays how many times guys like revis, cro and wilson lined up, but yeah deserves to get greater rotation

But you're talking as if Wilson's job depends on Cromartie when I don't think that's true. Wilson always plays in the defensive scheme with Cromartie . . . but I get what you're saying: his target may not be as important as Cromartie. Obv we use Revis in their best WR and Cro for their second, Wilson for their third, etc

Nevertheless, I think Wilson has improved so much this past year so I guess Strickland will have to step it up and we can keep having the CB's that Rex always uses.

i was at this game and they walked him out right under my seat section. He had to stop and take a knee infront of the black-hole.he didnt look to good. I wouldn't be supprised if he doesnt play for a game or two.

Well that's good news. At least it's nothing serious.
Here's the Cimini update

"Cromartie (ribs) was taken to Eden Medical Center for further testing and returned to the team, Jets spokesman said. #Jets"
