And Rex is boiling mad. The Bills owners and players had a private meeting the morning following their loss to the Jets but not present was head coach Rex Ryan. Not long afterward the announcement to fire OC Gergg Roman was made. That's strange because Rex told the press that it was HIS decision to fire Roman. Anyway it certainly looks like the owners have no confidence in Rex and I wouldn't be surprised if he got the ax before the season is over, maybe sooner if the losses keep piling up.
I look at this as bad news for the Jets because the longer Rex stays there the longer the Bills are out of contention. The owners could very well be considering a complete regime change from top to bottom. No matter what happens it certainly looks like Rex will be looking for new employment soon, and at the very least by next year. I hope he stays in the AFC. Miami? The Colts?
