That was short. I'm gonna call it a wrap on his career

Yup, stick a fork in him.

I dunno man, I mean, people are so quick to jump to conclusions. I mean, the guy as animated as he is hasnt had an incident like this in his whole career. In fact he'd been quite the model citizen in communities hes played in.

He gets married to this broad 6 weeks ago, who which by the way looks very goldiggerish, and all of a sudden he goes to jail for assault? hmm something doesnt add up. Im sure she knew what she was doing getting him to that point and provoked it fully.

Sad thing is when a man "hits" a woman, no one cares to find out all the details.

Chad Johnson is what I call wasted talent. The kid had all the talent in the world and instead of making headlines with his play, he made them with his antics.

This kid had a shot as a wide receiver for one of the greatest passing offenses in NFL history and he couldn't be bothered to learn the playbook?

Let's be real, if he hadn't worn the future HOF jacket, changed his name, become a reality star, and a twitter whore, we wouldn't even know who he was.

He did it in his front yard (presumably with witnesses) and his wife had a cut on her head. Hard for him to argue anything there, regardless of what really happened.

edit: But I do agree that people are way too quick to believe the woman in these situations.

We don't need a wr on a ground n pound team, I would like ol or rb.
85 had a good conduct all his career he at least have seen te phins and the cheatos playbook, apparently he looked great at phins practice.
Let's have a look at him with no guarantee money!
There is nothin to loose, it's not as I we would create more drama lol...
That's what Rex is all about drama.

The Jets already have enough drama queens on the team, why on earth would anybody want the ultimate drama queen on the team? Considering his inability to grasp the Pats playbook & probably the fish playbook as well, he would be about as usefull as a s&^5 flavored lollipop in regards to giving the Jets any useful info on the Pats/Fish playbook.
