Here are the cap numbers for Gronk.

Year Cap Hit Guaranteed
2017 7 million 6 million
2018 11 million 4 million
2019 12 million 2 million

You will see his pay is not that great if he plays a whole season.

The fact he has been injury prone and getting older does not look good for him. Do you think in 2020 he will be able to play at any good level?

No one was left the cheatahs and then done anything good. Maybe partly because belichick always sends them to the worst team or because if they can't cheat they are just not that good.( Exception being Welker but he played with Peyton, probably the greatest QB ever)

2 guys I would like to see how they did on another team are gronkowski and brady. brady would fail, I have no doubt, but how could gronkowski fail? He'd have to forget how to be big or how to catch the ball

... and even with him as cheerleader they don't miss a beat, just plug in Bennett and Hogan. They don't have any 'burner' wideouts or tall possession receivers either, just two little receivers a bit like Marino's Smurfs. Just protect the QB and keep making the medium-range completions.

I blame the Jets for this too. Wes Welker and his latest clones, Edelman and now Hogan are similar to our very own Wayne Chrebet. Of course they don't go over the middle the way he used to but they are little guys who want to over achieve
