Wow finally the NFL draft was gangbusters exciting.
A huge part of that is the new CB and rookie wage scale, now you are not tied to 40 or 60 million for your first rounders so the fear is gone in the 1st round gamble. But that pace was awesome! we didn't have to listen to 10-15 mins of BS talking between picks, the teams were trading picks fast, so fast that ESPN could barely get up the trade information and then Goddell was out there with the pick info. I found that to be a very nice improvement over years past

I liked that pace too. I despise how the draft is now on a Thursday night, so it was great to actually able to see the whole first round.

I was at the stadium.....It was fun to see the pick live with fellow Jets fans......I think the crowd was more excited about the pick then the player......to me it was sort of a mixed respose......But we bolted as soon as the Jets picked.
