Default Jets fans in Dallas!!!
Hey there, I just wanted evryone to know that yes, there are Jets fans in Dallas that gather and watch the games together. We have a meetup site found here : http://www.meetup.com/Dallas-New-York-Jets-Fans/ and would love to have anyone in the area come watch with us.


Moderator: If this is not the right part of the fourm to post this, I apologize, I just don't see another place for it. I have talked to Jets people on thier official Facebook about a higher visibility for out of town fans.

San Antonio fan here. There used to be a section for out of town fans. But I'm not sure where it's at now since most of my forum time is set on "drive by" mode lately until I get more free time. I'll be in NY tho for the Dallas game. I'm hoping to get some time so that I can go see it.

Other teams websites and forums have easy to find places for thier OOT fans to find places to watch. Jets fans shouldnt take second place to anyone! Enjoy your trip to NY!

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I can't find it:

Could someone please tell me why the Jets are playing the Cowboys on 9-11?? Seems like the a NY/NJ team should be playing a PA team.
What does Dallas have to do with 9-11???

Jets-Eagles didnt have a nice ring to it when the schedule came out.I am sure that NBC wanted the Jets for Sunday night from the start and they wanted to match them with a sexy team, and Dallas was it. Cowboys have a national following so ratings will be higher than say Jets-Giants, even though that makes the most sense for 9/11
