BIG TIME! Aweful mistackles, can't punt return more than 15 yds. Always one unit killing us each week.

I had a bad feeling when Jay Feely was running up in front of special teamers making tackles deep downfield. It gives you some laughs, our kicker is a bad , ha ha, but as someone who played special teams in college, I would be if a kicker is getting down there in front of me making tackles. The kicker should be the last line of defense drifting to the side of the return and he should get to the sideline to slow down the runner so that he may end getting caught by one of the trailers and everybody must stay in their lanes.

That's true. We can't seem to play a complete game yet. The first Phin game it was our D that let us down. This game our D & O played well enough to win but we gave up 14 pts on special teams. We are improving but we still have a long way to go.

They should give some other guys a chance to return punts as I just don't think that Leonhard has enough explosive speed to be a return man.

Weatherford looked really good, and Feeley has been quite reliable. However, there were some major problems today. I have no clue what happened but it was pretty disgraceful; Westhoff needs to tear those guys a new one!

They couldn't tackle my Grandma, let alone Ted Ginn in those returns!

LOL .. more complaining and crying. it happens, missed tackles kills. but i wouldnt go that far. costly mistakes loses games.
