Who do the residents of Connecticut root for? If they like football, they are stuck in the dead center of New England and New York. Are they Jets, Giants or Patriot fans? How do they choose? The teams overall records, the history and tradition of the team or something simple, like the color of the uniforms. If you lived in Connecticut, who would you root for? Some families have to live exactly on the mid point between the two areas. Do they root for opposite teams? Are they constantly feuding because of it? I am glad I didn't grow up with these dilemmas.

Probably depends which way their friends go. Growing up in NJ, I could have gone Giants or Jets. One day I'll make up my mind. I'm giants337 on their web site. :)

I'm currently living in ct, and I must say from experience the people around here are very confused: Redskin, Cowboy, Eagle fans etc....So i have to agree with jets337 about how and who you grow up with/around effects you so much. I personally grew up in the Bronx NY where everyone(freinds and family)where all Yankee fans so i naturally became a Met fan....Not to mention being 10 years old in 86 helped a lil ;)

If everyone around you grew up a Yankees fan how was it a natural progression for you to become a Mets fan. I would have expected the opposite result.

We have a rebel on our hands.
alot of giant fans from my experience...the further east you go..the more you see pats stuff ie. bar signs, ads in stores etc..

sorry guess the sarcasm wasnt thick enuf,I'd rather eat my own poop(following the rules bcr1)then be a follower, in hindsight i guess it wasn't the best decision:)
